Brixen and the surrounding area are a perfect vacation region. In winter, you can reach the parking lot for the cable car that takes you to the Plose ski area in just a few minutes by car. In summer, you can hike directly from the farm into the mountains or drive to one of the mountain villages in the Dolomites. Do you love biking? Then the Plose is the right place for you, because a true biking Eldorado awaits you here. Also good to know: There is a bus that takes you to Brixen every 20 minutes just 200 meters from our farm.

Unforgettable experiences – in summer and winte

EXPERIENCE

UP TO DEEP RELAXATION.

OUR FARM ALM.

ALSO A HIGHLIGHT IN WINTER.

The farm's own alpine pasture, the Zirmait-Alm, is a real insider tip and welcomes you from the beginning of June to the end of September. Here, during summer, our calves graze on the steep meadows and the pigs wallow in the mud. Hungry hikers can enjoy a tasty meal cooked on a wood stove.

BRIXEN IS THE OLDEST CITY IN SOUTH TYROL.

NEUSTIFT ABBEY - A POWERFUL PLACE.

Neustift Abbey is just a 5-minute walk from our farm and is a must-see! It was founded in 1142 as an Augustinian abbey. Augustinian canons still live and work in Neustift Abbey today. And the Gothic cloister, the valuable frescoes, the beautifully landscaped garden, the fountain in the inner courtyard, the rococo-style library and the picture gallery still characterize the beauty of the abbey. Viticulture has also been part of Neustift Abbey’s DNA since 1142. The famous white wines Müller-Thurgau, Kerner and Sylvaner are grown here. Our tip: A wine hike around the Neustift abbey.
